The Russian-Polish section will open this year at the upcoming St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, the website of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation reports. The program was discussed on-line at a meeting of the Council of the Russian-Polish Center for Dialogue and Concord Foundation, which was held with the participation of Deputy Minister of the Russia's Ministry of Culture Alla Manilova.

The foundation has planned to hold the Sputnik Over Poland Film Festival, which will become 14th in a row this year. There are also plans to open international youth schools.

Several conferences are planned during which scientists and public figures will discuss the problems of migration and life in the post-coronavirus period, as well as the future of Russian-Polish relations.

Concerts of classical and contemporary music, including those dedicated to the anniversaries of composers Tchaikovsky and Chopin, will become part of a large-scale cultural program. A separate project is dedicated to the book by the Polish philologist of the first half of the 20th century, Roman Dybosky, “Seven Years in Russia and Siberia”.

The St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum is scheduled for November, and France will become its guest of honor.
